May 14, 2020 – In light of the uncertainties surrounding COVID-19 and the resulting economic fallout, MINExpo, which was scheduled to take place in Las Vegas in September, has been canceled. For attendees, CompuSystems, the official registration company, will refund your registration and Award Luncheon tickets to MINExpo International 2020. When the new date is announced for 2021, you will be contacted to re-register. If you do not receive a refund, please contact CompuSystems at [email protected] or call 224-563-3157 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CDT. Also, if you reserved a hotel room via onPeak, MINExpo’s official housing company, you will receive an email confirming your reservation(s) has been canceled. You do not need to take further action. Once the hotel program for 2021 is confirmed, onPeak will contact you to re-book your hotel reservation(s). If you have further questions, please contact onPeak representatives at [email protected]. For exhibitors, the MINExpo 2020 floorplan, as it is currently laid out, will be transferred to the new dates in 2021. If you have contracted space for the 2020 show, your space will remain the same for 2021.
